Welcome to Faith Formation Registration
To participate in our parish faith formation programs, we ask that all families have a genuine desire to grow closer to the Lord. We do this by:
- Worshiping the Lord in the Liturgy of the Mass every Sunday
- Participating in all scheduled faith formation sessions
- Striving to belong to the Body of Christ through fellowship and service

Faith Formation Online Registration has ended.
Faith Formation includes Families Forming Disciples (K-6), Catholic 101
(7-8 grades), Youth Ministry (9-12 grades), Sacramental Preparation for Reconciliation/Holy Communion, and Sacramental Preparation for Confirmation is available. -
PERMISSION FORMS:

All necessary permission forms will be distributed at parent/student orientation in August.
- MANDATORY Orientation for Families Forming Disciples (FFD) and First Reconciliation/First Communion preparation will be held on Sunday, August 27 at 10:15AM.
- MANDATORY orientation for Catholic 101, Youth Ministry and Confirmation preparation will be held on Wednesday, August 30 at 6:30PM.
